Ordering the PerfecTressTM is only possible at our webshop. Nordens Hårimport only sell to Hairdressers or other professionals in the market. Hence it is necessary that you have a VAT number to use our webshop.
Ordering at Nordens Hårimport is possible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
Placing your order www.perfectress.dk is very easy! You just have to follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign up - Become member/customer
- It is only possible to become a member or customer of Nordens Hårimport webshop if you have either a registed company or is professional. You need a VAT number in order to be approved as a customer and get an account and be able to buy the products. To Login you will come to the page “Login” and click on the New customer – click here on the login box to the right.
- When you have reached the Login page you will be asked to fill out information about your company and other contact detail`s. Besides that you will be asked for the VAT number which will be checked before you get an approval as a user of the webshop. You will also receive an e-mail when you are approed as a customer. Orderconfirmations will also be sent in an e-mail. Hence it is important that your e-mail address is correct and available.
- When you have fill out all the informations, please click on the register button at the bottom of the page. As soon as you have received the approved confirmation, you are ready to order from Nordens Hårimports webshop.
Step 2: Ordering
- To look at our selection you will have to click on the product(s) In the menu in the left margin. When you have decided which products to buy, then put them in your basket (You do so by clicking on Add to Cart). Some of the products you get an extra option.
- Your basket will open automatically and show your selected products. It is also possible to go to your Shopping Cart by clicking on the link at the top. You can always go back to the webshop - just click on Continue Shopping.
- When you have finished seleched products, and are ready to end your order, click on Check Out. If you are not logged in, when you end an order, you will be asked to login before you can proceed.
- You can now choose to get the order shipped to your registered address, or you can change the address. Click on proceed. Hereafter you have to choose how you want to pay. When you have approved the order you will automatically be sent off to SSL protocol by our cooperation partners Fribetaling A/S. When you have made the payment, you will receive an e-mail
